1) Ordering
In registering on the site or placing any order for alcohol you confirm that you are over 18 years old. Orders may be filled and placed by clicking the 'confirm order' button. In doing this you are making an offer to buy from us within our terms.
We shall respond with a computer generated email confirmation of the order, or if, after the confirmation, we have to amend your order, we will contact you before proceeding with the sale.
We reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
Offer, if any, from this website cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from fzz wines direct sales materials.
2) Availability
fzz wines does its utmost to ensure that all wines offered on the website are currently available. However, availability is limited, particularly in the case of the rare wines of the small-scale producers. All products are offered subject to availability and final confirmation.
All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only.
All bottles are in 750 ml format, or Sake in 720 ml format unless otherwise specified.
3) Delivery for Wine
Delivery takes up to 7 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We offer free delivery to one single location for purchase over $1,000, by S.F. Express or out-sourced company. A $100 delivery charge will be applied for order below $1,000.
4) Exchange / Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled and no refunds will be provided.
If an exchange or return is required for a wrong product, you must retain the product in its complete condition, and email fzzwines@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange the exchange or return. Exchange or return is only available for items below $800, or less than 10 years old, at our complete discretion. Collection fee will apply, if we collect.
Promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
7) Non-delivery
fzz wines shall not be liable for any lost or damage if customer fails to receive the wines after one month of invoicing. Wines not delivered over 6 months will be disposed without prior acknowledgement. No refund nor replacement will be given.
8) Force Majeure
fzz wines shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9) Severance
Any of these Terms and Conditions which is or may be void or unenforceable shall to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability be deemed severable and shall not affect any other Term or Condition.
